Returns and Refund Policy

Return Period
We offer a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• In the same condition that you received it

• In its original packaging, if applicable

How to Start a Return
To start a return, please contact us at artbytobba@gmail.com with the reason for the return. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how to send your item back.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can resolve the issue quickly.
