Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

These terms shall be interpreted in accordance with Icelandic law. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be brought before the District Court of Reykjanes.

Unless otherwise stated above, these terms are subject to the provisions of applicable laws on data protection and the processing of personal data (Act No. 77/2000), the provisions of the Consumer Agreements Act (Act No. 16/2016), and the provisions of the Consumer Purchases Act (Act No. 48/2003).

All time limits granted to consumers under the Consumer Agreements Act shall begin to run from the date of receipt of the product.
